First time ive driven home from the footy and turned the radio off...
Was so frustrating having everything blamed on Pies lack of players, not our fantastic effort!
NO mention of that terrific bit of play half way through the second!
NO mention on our great tackling pressure!
NO mention on how well coached we are!
NO mention of the fact that we were, in fact, playing no players over 30!!
Its just ridiculous and frustrating!!
My favorite caller was some woman who asked the MMM boys (and this is where i turned it off!), "Do you think that if Rocca played really well and kicked more goals, Collingwood would have won??"
I mean... Are you serious!?!?!
Anyways, enough of my rant!!
CARN THE SAINTS YOU LITTLE BLOODY RIPPERS!!!!!

Channel 7 a bigger disgrace than usual. McAveney kept willing Collingwood on, repeatedly talking about how hard they were going in. Couldn't wait for us to collapse. On top of it, "special" comments offered by an ex-Coll player and an ex-Coll coach. What a d**khead Buckley is.
Also, not one camera shot of Lyon.
Screw the lot of them.

FOOTY PIES FULL OF FAT, NO MEAT.
The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

from noddy sheahans article'.........
..." THE sad reality was the game was over before it started.
When Paul Medhurst and Leon Davis dropped out of Collingwood's selected team, a group already light on for class faced a hopeless task.
Mick Malthouse's teams are famous for their fight with their backs to the walls, but, when you don't have any forwards, it doesn't matter where the backs find themselves.
Medhurst and Davis joined the injured Alan Didak and the suspended John Anthony on the sidelines.
That quartet contributed 41 of Collingwood's 87 goals in the first six rounds.
Then there was the minor matter of the opposition - St Kilda"
....does get a bit better......
