How do you fit them in..
Assuming "talent" alone.....how do we fit:
Maxxy
Raf Clarke
Kosi
Xavier Clarke
in this side?
I think last year theyd all be just walk ups.....
Ok.....Eddy can make way....who else....??
Maybe its just King for Kosi???
Nice spot to be in.

raph for eddy probably (if he goes okay for sandy).
eddy wasn't bad, but raph's a very good player.

Fantastic opportunity to be in... it'd also be nice to have Armitage playing and developing at the rate of Gears!
But again, how would u fit him in? in no way has he really proven he is substantially better than anyone else playing...
The only players that i feel could make way would be Gwilt and Eddy... and both still deserve their spot!
SOOO hard, but SUCH a good position to be in for once!

Dawson for Max only if Max is 100% rearing to go....... and he's unlucky Xac to be dropped
Kosi comes back in for King or Eddy
X.Clarke comes in for Eddy against dogs.
Raph doesn't come in for anyone except for injury. Raph Clarke does not deserve a spot in the starting 22 over the current 22.
Eddy struggled last night, give him a few runs in the 2's
No one else deserves to be dropped

At the start of the year I would have had the following 7 in my best 22 and the player who I believe has their place:
Max - Dawson
Kosi - Eddy
Raf - Geary
X Clarke - McQualter
Maguire - Gwilt
Armitage - CJ
Dempster -
From that above bottom 6 list, CJ will need massive form slump to be dropped this year
Geary has solidified his spont, can't rest on his laurels thought
Dawson has been a willing replacement for the most effective FB in the comp
Eddy will probably make way for Kosi on a dry track - but Kosi has been ripping it up too.
McQualter and Gwilt look better than last year and are doing whats asked.
This is not a time where you want a 2-4 week injury as your spot wont be there when you are fit again
Max - Dawson
Kosi - Eddy
Raf - Geary
X Clarke - McQualter
Maguire - Gwilt
Armitage - CJ

Much as I love Max (because he is a heart and soul player) I think Zac deserves to keep his spot.
Our current back 6 so far this season is statistically one of the best combinations ever.
If it's working - don't change it.

did you see Lyon's quote in the paper about dawson?????OLB wrote:I am really warming to Dawson but Max must play when fit.
In previous years we're probably rush Max back. Dawson enables us to give him as much time as he needs.
said something like..oh, i';ll go find it..
nup can't find it as yet, but he stated when asked about zac dawson's shoulder said
that if he's playing like this now when he is not 100% fit, he is going to be fantastic when he does!!!!!!!!
