Its the old pretzel hold!
and in wrestling the only way to get out of it is to bite the jewels in front of your face and hope their not your own! Although its amazing the strength that can come over you if they are!

Nup! just an old yarn I know about the Great American Wrestler who defeated the World Champ, a great exponent of the pretzel hold, "which no man had ever got out of " until the former seized his opportunity and bit the aforementioned part of his own anatomy!
