The Age subscription
Anyone have an idea how long it usually takes them to start delivering? I don't have mine three weeks after subscribing.

I'd give it a few more- time for confirmation of membership, then subcription - then letting your newsagent know
you will get a letter-- ok should get a letter from the age
with dates of starting etc-

It is a problem at "The Age" who have "upgraded" their systems to improve their performance but are apologising for disruptions to subscriptions!
No doubt the subcribers with interrupted service include those subscribers thru St Kilda Memberships.
Will have to wait on "The Age" and in the mean time accept their apologies.

The Age are clueless.
My newsagent stopped delivering The Age to my house last Friday. On Sunday I went in to find out my subscription had ended.....the newsagent, who is on the ball, jumped on The Age website and sorted it out for me so it continues for the rest of the year.
I just hope our club gets on to The Age and requests they sort it out.
The Age seem to have an amazing ability to stuff it up every year for some reason....

The club won't get on to The Age unless WE get on to the club. I would strongly urge ALL who are having/have had problems with The Age to let Ben Hall at the club know of your problems and how they are/were resolved. I also have a good newsagent who is able to fix my annual problem with The Age. The problem seems to be around this time every year !!saintspremiers wrote:Indeed. To the top wrote:It is a problem at "The Age" who have "upgraded" their systems to improve their performance but are apologising for disruptions to subscriptions!
