got my first saints gifts of the season.
the usual- Mug, pen
then teatowels.


this followed a Saints style card- a regular ss poster managed to find a card with red, white - black belt and the words Believe. Clever

BTW the saints shop is open tomorrow 20th and Sunday 21st for those last minute gifts .....

Is that one of the white metal cars? If so, I bought one for my son and he loves his...Aust Post also had them discounted to $10 for those interested.

Yes it was.
Wish I knew Aust Post was selling them.

I went to QV to go to the AFL shop.
Only to find it had closed down.
Someone said it was now relocated at the MCG.
So I went there.
Only to be told that the "AFL experience" thing was now part of the sport museum.
But the AFL shop was effectively no longer.
But the MCC has a shop that sells some footy stuff as well as cricket.
Not a big range though.
But they do have the $10 cars.

Does that mean all the old AFL shops have gone ?

Pretty sure there's still a few AFL stores in shopping centres and the like, but the QV store was always going to be a white elephant. Rent's too high, too many browsers, not enough interest. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did

My favourite collection is all St.Kilda cars from 1995

i have 13 different saints cars each a different model, i make sure i buy one now!!

I never get Saints presents, most annoying. I think everyone thinks I have enough stuff, as if you could.

However I did have a friend in Melb last week and he grabbed me last years media polo discounted to $20 plus a calander. One can't have to many photos, thats on top off the 350 we "collectively" took when the Saints were in town this week!

I've gone and bought myself quite a few things for christmas from the Saints shop.

Including a Saints coaches jacket, the 08 playing shorts, a reserved seat membership and a 21 seasons Robert Harvey shirt

Very happy and can't wait to unwrap them all !!!
