They still haven't found a tape measure short enough to measure him.
He looks like he is less than 150 cm.
He is only a little bigger than the football.

The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

Thanks for the pic and link.
Looks in need of a decent feed though, or perhaps it just because he's young.
Anyway, it seems a few *me included* are just excited because he's black.
Hopefully Raph & X will look after him and show him the ropes around Melbourne, so to speak....no doubt that will happen.
I look forward to seeing him play for Sandy next year!
Nothing wrong with that for a rookie pick eh?

Looks red white and black to me...they're the only colours that get me excited! Couldn't care less if he's green, as long as he gives it a go. Excited to see a young country bloke get a shot at the big time, he must be beside himself. Shame his mate didn't put in for the draft, would have been great to get a pair of Tiwi players...X and Raph will help him though.saintspremiers wrote:Thanks for the pic and link.

O'hAilpin? Dean Brogan?degruch wrote:Who's gonna draft someone who's bio reads "Never heard of him, average kick, couldn't hit the sticks with a cricket bat"? Sheesh you guys, join the real world and give the bloke a chance...until you've seen him in action, the best anyone can do is pump his tyres. I'm sure we didn't just pick him up because he's got a great nickname.

I doubt their bio read like that. Maybe Brogan's should have contained his boxing stats?EB wrote:O'hAilpin? Best on ground in the grand final in Darwin and kicked a few
Producing a best on ground in a grand final is a good sign in itself.
Having positive finals memories can only encourage you i'm guessing and the fact that Ross is able to find the right side of the goal posts gives me hope.
It's early days yet but Ross will hopefully feel reasonably at home-( don't mention the winter) especially with Raph & X-man having made the transition already. I think the club is good in the stability and support stakes nowadays and Ross Lyon will make Ross jnr. feel welcome.
Patience is required perhaps but i'm excited for the young man.
The pic of Ross in his cool St Marys colours could be a lucky omen.

The boy can play and we can build a defence around him that will have respect.

I hate to throw the word bust around prematurely, but I'm starting to doubt that Choo Choo's granddad is going to make it...saintsRrising wrote:Well can his grandad play then???stinger wrote:i have a mate who knows all the nt boys.....i will ask him...

Well, looking at Ross' photo, his grandad probably isn't much older than BC...we'd be mad not to consider it!BAM!
