Our first game was Round 1 2000 v Sydney...if memory serves me correctly.
I think it was the Labour Day long weekend (Sunday night)....early start to the season due to the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Poster formerly known as SENsaintsational. More wisdom. More knowledge. Less name.

Re: Telstra Dome
Then coach Tim Watson started Harvs in a forward pocket, Burkey in a back pocket and went with a midfield of Francis, Delaney, very young and raw Hayes etc. Swans smashed us early. He then moves the guns back into the engine room - and we storm back into it almost level at half time. Inexplicably, he goes back to original set-up at start of 3rd and it's goodnight saints. Great start to our lives at Docklands!!SENsaintsational wrote:First AFL game was season 2000.galaxtico wrote:Anyone got pictures of our stadium, like

I want to stand for something. I'm a loyal person and I think at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know that I'm a St Kilda person for life.

Ryan Fitzgerald kicked 5 goals that night.
