When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.
If you are not engaging AI actively and aggressively, you are doing it wrong.
You are not going to lose your job to AI.
You are going lose your job to somebody who uses AI.
Your company is not going to go out of business because of AI.

Thought Irish couldn't be included under internationals due to agreement with GAA?
I thought th Irish just had to be drafted straight up. Other international rookies can be listed outside the "main" rookie list (up to 2 per club) and reserved pre-draft in recognition of the extra research and upside to the game delivered by the clubs developing these recruiting regions.
Wheras the Irish are basically being poached from a semi-pro league who the AFL wishes to keep a working relationship with. While obviously the finances mean the AFL is in a stronger position, they recognise there is value to keeping the GAA onside and hence don't include the Irish under the "International" rookies banner.

Tommy Walsh was due out here 2 weeks ago, but his club drew a final which was only replayed at the weekend.
If the club can get his agreement they should put him in for pre-selection as an International Rookie sight unseen.
He is rated the No1 kid in Ireland.
Surely that has to be better than pick 150 among Australian kids.

Under age Irish kids can NOT be placed on International Scholarships.
But if they turn 18 before the end of the year they can be pre-selected as International Rookies.
Consequently they count against the 6 normal rookies and don't count as bonus rookies (max of 3) like former scholarship holders Haretuku and McGrath.

James Kielt told Irish newspapersa that he wouldn't be moving to Australia in 2009 because of his Irish dentistry university commitments even before he came out to Australia to train.
Does anyone know if Niall McKeever trained with St Kilda, he was supposed to spend a week at each of Richmond & St Kilda.

Keep enticing the Irish boys to Saint Kilda
Ace asked
"Does anyone know if Niall McKeever trained with St Kilda, he was supposed to spend a week at each of Richmond & St Kilda." [/quote].
I don't know but i would also be disappointed if we didnot have a real shot at the likes of Tommy Walsh or Niall McKeever. If it turned out to come together in 2009 that would be something positive hopefully but it would be really nice to get a real Irish prospect (dare i say iy like a Keneally or Stynes) in the system this year. In our first post Harvey year with a bit of Team restructering oaround the corner another Irish player to compliment Begley seems to make sense to me.
I'm sure all Sainters want to believe that our recruiters are turning over every stone in a determined effort to bring genuine talent to our club.
Cead mile failte (You're very welcome in Irish) to Colm and the other Irish players who wanted to come down to check out the Saints.
