Taking Cousins would be a VERY VERY gutsy move from a coach going into his first season, it's the sort of decision that could make or break him.
I also see Richmond as a threat, with Cousins and young Adam Thomson in their midfield they look quite dangerous.
They were the second best team for contested disposals in the centre so having Cousins and Thomson come in to help out there could free Browny and Deledio to play up forward more often.
