Dayne Beams
Perhaps we should draft Dayne Beams to the Saints - he already has "Strength through Loyalty" tattooed on his chest!

bit odd that one
seems like the typical bogan kid who thought it would be like his family to get all tattooed
but then again if he plays football well i don't care
considering the amont of 18's and 19's that have tattoo's visibly i guess it was only time until a player came in that had something 'sleeved'...i think thats it...

Yup, we need more "St Kilda" people to counterbalance the amount of "outsiders" on our caching panel who didn't want the job, and aren't passionate about the club.plugger66 wrote:If he follows us we should get him. Lets add him to our rookie list but make him number one pick as he follows us. Very important.Otiman wrote:Rookie pick perhaps?
The lid is off after Round 2! Enjoy the journey, coz you just don't know where we'll end up. Live for today and seize the moment.

Huge kick saw him kick one from 50 m on the run at Southport this year and it went through post high. His tatts look silly.

I watched alot of Dayne's junior footy at Mudgeeraba Saints; he was always a gun.
It's good to see him nominating for the draft.
His mate Fitzy(die-hard Sainter) used to go alright too. Is he still playing, Bev?

yep- lets get him - we need some mongrel about us.
His tatts are gonna make him a target and whether he knows it or not, are gonna see him, like a Boy Named Sue, get tough or die. I reckon his conviction to get his tatts in the the first place are an indication of his commitment to a cause, and a preparedness to stand by his decision.
Tattoos may not be to everybody's liking, but they've been around a long time and the AFL's santized image could well do with a hard bastard, like Alan McGee who played for Richmond in the 70s or those old footy cards with Sailor's forearm tatts - absolutely classic. The fact that he's got "Strength Through Loyalty" on his chest makes him the perfect fit
