Can SOMEONE please tell me WHY ??????????????

Post: # 650150Post Dal_Santos_Gal »

Max Hudghton did not get a look in for AA selection this year.

Not only has he proven all season what a great defender he is.
But he proved yet again last night that he can keep "the best key forward player" to 1 goal 1.
The ball went into the hawks forward 50 last night more times than I care to remember, yet he keeps "the best key forward" to only 8 touches.

Scumbags like Dermie on SEN yesterday afternoon was saying how Max kept him to only 8 or 9 touches back in round 16 yet his reasoning for "the buddy show" not lighting up was because the ball only went into the hawks fifty 12 times in the second half. So how was he meant to get the ball when the ball is not coming down to him.

WELL beep you dermie because the ball was nothing but in the hawks 50 last night and your love child couldn't get near the ball for love nor money.

You can carry on about Scarlett and how he is one of the best defenders ever but lets see if your second love child in scarlett can keep "the buddy show" as quiet as Maxie did last night.

/end of rant

(I feel much better now I have got that off my chest this morning)

That's the same rant I had last year too . . . ;)

Because the AA selectors want glamorous ball-winners. They don't believe the AA fullback should be the best stopper in the league. Geez, Hudghton routinely towels up anyone he's put on, from goalsneaks to titans like Franklin, but they'd rather have someone who rebounds better.

Blindly delusional optimist. Fan of the Blake.

It might be because Max conceded 28 goals for the entire season. Would love to know how that compares with the rest !!

I should have said, why did he not get AA selection this year.

blinded by the Cat Empire. Three selectors who ensure "the team is balanced" in Bickley from Adelaide, Jakovich from WA and Healy who's a Swans sycophant.
Alves was saying on the radio last night that he thought Max should have got a gong. Best full-back in the league. Morris in front of Max. I don't think so.
