Im an absolute wreck today. I am trying to find things to keep me busy but all i can think about is possibly playing in a GF next week. Went for a walk down to the shops with my saints polo on and felt almost high and mighty to be wearing it for some reason. Ive resorted to pumping up music to get some nervous energy out (sorry neighbours)

On the music thing, my itunes just shuffled to Bernard Fanning "wish you well". For some reason, tears started welling when i heard the lyrics "up so early feels so bright, didnt get much sleep last night" - "I just wanna wish you well"

Damn it looks like the clock is going backwards. Need it to be 7pm NOW

Went for a really long walk this morning just to burn off nervous energy.

Got out my giant StKida flag.
It hasn't seen the light of day since 97 when it hung for a week on a makeshift flagpole on my roof.
Hopefully tomorrow it will be flying proudly.

I'm packed and repacked.
All ready to go.
Just wish 7:00 would come round quicker.

Well, it's time to sign-off and get ready to depart Gippsland for the trip up to the G'.

Leavin in about an hour - I'll go and clean my car out, pack the bag make some dinner for myself to take - and then, get changed into my Saints gear. This is it guys - Preliminary Final 2008. Win this and we have Grand Final week to enjoy and our team will be in it. Pride is in abundance today - this is what makes being a Saint worthwhile. This is the time - when you are so glad you got the Saints bug when you were a little tacker, that jumper looks magnificent today the Red, White & Black jumper that means so much to all of us. Pride in the fact that Robert Harvey is a St Kilda player, Pride that we again get to play-off for the right to a shot at the flag. It's here now - our time is here. This is our chance to be the ones everyone is envious of - we are St Kilda. The mighty Saints - go for it boys, leave nothing behind - give them all you've got.

managed to keep myself composed at work this morning, but the time has been draggggiinnnggg since then, getting all shakey and excited as well.
going to plug the ipod in and add some more tunes... and keep myself occupied + distracted from looking at the clock
