If i remember correctly, it rained all day stopped an hour prior to the game. The rest is history.
Errily similar to today i hope.

Yeah after a few drinks and some singing in Bridge road I eventually got to the Social Club about 1am to claim our queue tickets.
What a magical night/week that was!
Don't think I've ever been more excited.
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Certainly the best feeling I have ever had following the saints.
second best I rekon was when we beat Collingwood in the Centenary year.
Cant recall all the details but rekon we came from about 4 goals down.
Love beating the pies. Nothing better
