OK Ralphy here is how it works:

The game starts at 7pm...everyone at the MCG is watching the 1st Quarter.

At 7pm on Channel 10 you will be watching stuff recorded at 630pm.

At 730pm you will see what everyone at the MCG saw at 7pm.

Channel 10 starts coverage 1/2 hour before the gam actually starts . . . few interviews. . . . match up's. . . . expert analysis. . . . all that jazz. . .

so if your watching channel 10 start coverage at 7pm . . .
your delayed by a half hour

yeah, I'm pretty sure that is started around 30 minutes after they talked and had coverage of the rooms and stuff.

or maybe twin towns in tweed heads or seagulls to see if they get channel 10 from syd live . . . or it may be the same . . .

jump in the car and drive south . . . its only 1786km to vic border. . . . thats prob the best chance to see it live. . . .

why would they have it live? they have the same stations as anyone else, i have pay tv, yet channel 10 have the rights, so it wont be on any earlier until 10 put it on- bastards

i dont get how Foxtel/Austar with a dedicated "main event" channel that Showed every friday night game live into QLD/NSW . . . and if bris or syd were playing sat night . . . showed the OTHER sat night game live into QLD/NSW. . . over the entire 2008 season
then gets shafted at finals time and is allowed to show nothing. . . .

um . . . wasnt the AFL and Channel 7 and 10 hanging their hat on supurb coverage for NSW and QLD viewers . . . . because they didnt have any interference from Channel 9's Rugby commitments.

in this day and age with live coverage of MAJOR SPORTS and being able to watch it thru sentanta LIVE in other countries on the planet yet - our own states north of victoria cant get it live.

EMBARASSMENT.

We are so far behind the rest of the world in terms of sports coverage and yet - 7 9 10 think the sun shine's out of it's collective A**e's when they say how revolutionary their coverage of sports is.

the rest of the world has had HD and Digital and multiple channels for year's . . . . australian's are getting screwed over.
