NO RIEWOLDT, NO ST KILDA?

Post: # 639295Post makemytime »

Exactly what the title says. He has been in hot form over the last couple of months and that is why we won 8 out of the last 10 games. Surely yesteday he had a very poor day, getting double or triple teamed by the Geelong calvary.

The question is, say if right now we lost Roo, would we have any chance at all? C. Gardiner was dissapointing as was all the other tall players who played in our attacking 50. We can not rely on Roo every game to kick a bag, so it's time for out other forwards to mark their worth, especially Kosi, Gardiner, Gwilt/Clarke (altho they had limited time in our 50), and etc.

WE HAVE GOT TO START SUPPORTING RIEWOLDT!

GO THE SAINTS!

He single handedly got us into the finals and top 4. (not an exaggeration!)

Enough said.

If he has a bad game in the finals we're going to get flogged.

I agree he has been the in form player of the comp for the last month. Everyone was talking about how great he was, and yes he's had a terrible game in a final which isn't ideal but he wasn't alone. He would know he had a bad game and he would feel pretty bad & down on himself but we should keep supporting our captain. He will come out firing against collingwood.

Agree with the OP but now is NOT the time to be tinkering with the side too much (we have a final to win).

We need a forward structure where the load is spread evenly between at least 4 guys, but we need to get it right. Pre-Season is the time to start working on it as it hasn't hapened this year and there is too much at stake to be experimenting at this time of year !!

friggin hell
a forward performs much better when he gets quick delivery, spotting him up on the tit.

and how much did he get yesterday???
F*** all.

so if we were without him, yeah in a way we'd be farked

just like the blues would be without fev, or how the crows were in the last 5 weeks without burton
