Just announced on channel 9 news in SA that he could be up for trade.

Not a big enough tackler or defensive-minded enough for our Ross.
Also, he's a bad age - he sits square in the middle of our biggest group of players, those who'll be between 24 and 26 at the start of next year:
Ferguson
Maguire
Ball
Schneider
Gram
Dal Santo
Jones
Dempster
Montagna
Clarke, X
Birss
Gardiner, C
And Kossie, Roo and S Fisher are just a little older.
It sounds pretty dangerous to have a group of this importance all aging at the same time. "List management", dontcha know.

I must admit that after watching the saints, I can rate all our players out of 10 but few opposition playersSpinner wrote:This thread says a lot about Saintsational actually watching games of football that don't involve St Kilda.
Brent Reilly is a talented player.
Broke into the side which contained McLead, Edwards. Goodwin, Riccuito etc.
Players interstate dont get half the kudo's the deserve from Melbournians.

I'd love to get him - all depends on price. I've followed him since the draft days and reckons he's got everything needed to make for a quality contributor.
A genuine talent. Has all the attributes.
I hope we could pinch him for a third rounder but you'd suspect someone will nab him with a second round pick.
Can seriously play when fit, and if I can get on my pedastal, I think he could be one of the competitions most improved players if he gets given a chance.
I'm keen on a few untapped types - Boyle is one who springs to mind - so long as they have the ability to improve the list ahead of what we have.
That often means delisting or trading players away to ensure that when you do trade for a player, you don't compromise the ability to bring through youth.
I really hope we can 'trade out' some players for picks this year and in turn, cash in on what is shaping as a trade week full of bargains.
Last year, we bolstered our list significantly by giving little away. I hope the same remains true this year.

Reilly is awesome!
Probably my fave. player outside the saints.
i love it how probably 80% of saintsational watches saints matches only and/or has very little knowledge out of the saints.
Extreme talent, went 1 pick after Dal IIRC, his kick is about as damaging as they come and certainly runs pretty well.
Injuries a massive concern for him though.
Would be in our top 12 players if he came to the club.
Despite me earlier saying using all our picks this year, i'd probably trade a pick for him. What number? Our second one.
