Adcock hurt his nose and it was bleeding quite a lot. To stop the bleeding the Carlton medico's inserted a couple of tissues up his nose.

Rohan Smith says, "You've just seen Adcock get a few...maybe a couple of tampons up his nose to stop the bleeding..."

A player got hit to the head and nose bleeding badly - Smith suggested that someone needs to insert a couple of tampons up his nose :shock:

That whole last qtr I was going "Go Carlton" & then I'd spew. "Go Carlton" & then I'd spew again. I'm feeling bloody crook now, but I think it was worth it.

And to think Carlton claim they have got enough room in their salary cap to pick up Kerr. (Possibly Brown also) I suppose he's a greeny like Judd who can work with Visy if required for a nominal sum. "Oh sorry, it's got me started again. God I hate Carlton. Reminds me a bit like the Yanks in the Olympics a la it's their God given right to win"

If Carlton can pay Judd and Fev the reported amounts, and still have salary cap for other players, then the AFLPA better get on their case cos there are some kids there earning well under their market rate.

I'm a bit dumb or behind the times up here in the bush , but...
just wondering if there are any rules in place to prevent someone like Pratt nominally employing a player on an inflated wage elsewhere to get him to play for a club for an average sum within their salary cap?

would seem to stink if they could
