TV Coverage Question
Does anyone know what is happening his Sunday with our game? I am in Qld. It was going to be on Fox 1. But channel 7 have just announced they have given their game to Fox. Does that mean we won't be on anymore? Hope bloody not

CHANNEL Seven has rescheduled its telecast of this weekend's round of AFL matches to maximise its coverage of the busiest day of the Beijing Olympics.
Seven received widespread criticism for covering in full a delay of last Sunday's lopsided AFL clash between Adelaide and Richmond on the second day of the Games.
This Sunday's match between Carlton and North Melbourne will now be shown live in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, allowing an immediate return to Olympic scheduling on a day when 34 gold medals will be decided in Beijing.
Channel Seven will remain with its Olympic coverage in Sydney and Brisbane, with the Carlton-North Melbourne game available on Foxtel and Austar's Main Event Channel. In WA, Seven will cover the clash between Fremantle and St Kilda on Sunday.
The deal was agreed to after high-level meetings between the AFL and Seven.
"This is a one-off event where we have a clash and we are delighted that we can work with Seven and Foxtel, as two of our broadcast partners, to achieve the best result for as many people as possible," said AFL chief executive Andrew Demetriou.
The decision will allow Seven to show the AFL match in a timely fashion and return as quickly as possible to its Olympic coverage.
