Where are the 'sack' Ross Lyon threads......?
....Because I really would like to post in one.
Officially OFF the RL support team.
You'd think they (coaching staff) had never heard of a 'forward line' based on tonights setup.

Im not just cannot beleive 3 weeks ago how good people said RL was going now he is going badly. Opinions change on here quicker than the Melbourne weather. RL at the moment is doing an average job and has been doing an average job since he took over. The haters will say that he is a bad coach the lovers will point out our poor list from 2 years.Behind Play wrote:Don't fool yourselfplugger66 wrote:Not 3 weeks ago.Behind Play wrote:The club just keeps getting it wrong!!!!!!!!

I realise what you meant, however I have never changed my opinion, now or three weeks ago.plugger66 wrote:Im not just cannot beleive 3 weeks ago how good people said RL was going now he is going badly. I was never a GT fan and glad when RL was hired as he was a long time assistant under some flag winning coaches.
RL is losing me fast. The games we won over the past 6 weeks all had similiar theme. North, Hawthorn, Port, Carlton, start out slow, repeat the chip-mark-eyes up-wait-chip for the first quarter or so then when behind and looking lost come out and expload into a plan that involves hard tackling, 100% play on after a mark and fast movement into the F50.
Surprise Surprise. We look great and win.
Last night after half time again we started the run-run-run and got to within 9 (?) points and just dominated them.
The problem is not the players it's the coach.
Ross says 'I dont instruct them to play the go-slow brand'. THEN GET THE FN RUNNER ON TO TELL THE PLAYERS TO RUN, TAKE RISKS AND GET THE FOOTY INTO ROO/KOSI/MILNE QUICKLY.
