Lay off him?ralphysaints35 wrote:yes he does.
he has obviously lost alot of weight to, you could see that on the football show.
ffs a person has a s*** year and we want him traded on tonights effort you could trade the whole f****** team. lay off the guy,
he knows what he has to do to keep his place and he isnt. If he is sick, you dont play him, is that hard?
He plays for the saints, he should bleed for the saints, if he cannot play how he should he has to go back. Why waste playing him when he isnt giving his all (sick or not) let a kid have a go

Steven or Armo
Collingwood have 13 players under the age of 21 and they are smashing us, we have 4
they have lifted because of the heart the kids show (like the freo game)
if he does not put his body on the line then he has to go back, lockyer should not have gotten that goal, he also should not have given away that free kick to McCarthy in our fwd 50, we could have had a goal and didnt need to give it away!

Tonsilitis?
WTF? Tonsilitis hampers you for 3 weeks? It's a f****** saw throat!!!
He was okay to make the footy show on thursday night for f*** sake. You can not use that as an excuse for the bloke!
Dal was PATHETIC tonight. It's the elite players like him that will take this club to a flag.
If that's all he can give Robert Harvey and the St Kilda Football Club, GOOD BYE.
Some big calls need to be made at this club.
Give Dal till the end of the year to prove his heart i still in the club, or get value for him while he still holds some
TRUE, there were many inept players tonight, and Dal is not the only one that desrves a good looking at.

GOOD for 6 years doesn't cut it, when you see the effort he's putting in now. He's a mature footballer, he should be like Judd by now. Silky skills my arse, most of his kicks forward made me wince! I can't tell you how disappointed I am with him in particular tonight...especially when I saw all those back-slapping Pie maggots celebrating at the end of the game.BigMart wrote:He was poor.......but, has been good for 6 years tho.....he has some runs on the board.....at least he has played finals...and proven himself.....the coach has NOT!

Umm isnt that where he is playing? In the middle.The_Dud wrote:should be played in the guts for the next 3 games, and told to run hard and win the ball
cos when he has it, hes got the best skills and footy brain at our club
put him where the ball is
The fact is he doesnt run hard enough for an elite on-baller.
I think he has to play forward pocket.
At least his defensive limitations will not be as much of a liablity.
And if he has been crook for the last three weeks, Birss should have got a gig.

he's played across the backline, in the forward line, on the wing, and in the middlesunsaint wrote:Umm isnt that where he is playing? In the middle.The_Dud wrote:should be played in the guts for the next 3 games, and told to run hard and win the ball

should spend 100% of the game in the guts at every center bounce, and be told to follow Harvey around at training

Seems to be getting very little time in the middle where he should be playing so either "not right", coach has lost faith or coach trying to make a statement. One half hearted effort tonight but not the worst by a long way. To tade would be foolish, or even consider come to that....

i'm with him on that. i also despise the scapegoat attitude. i want a coach who stands up and takes responsibility rather than trying to shift the blame.BigMart wrote:The coach will trade him, as a scapegoat.....and he will thrive at another club...(sound familiar)...
You can tell when he speaks that he aint happy, and was not happy with his dropping.....he believes he took the fall for the entire teams form...
first it was gehrig who was costing us game. then dal and milne ...
who is next?

Oh puhlease...did the coach tell him to pop all his kicks straight up in the air, run 3 metres behind his player, lope around like it was a social match with the boys?bigcarl wrote:i'm with him on that. i also despise the scapegoat attitude. i want a coach who stands up and takes responsibility rather than trying to shift the blame.BigMart wrote:The coach will trade him, as a scapegoat.....and he will thrive at another club...(sound familiar)...
