10.45 and weve had over half the show dedicated to Collingwood and fat Ed telling "were all good blokes taking bullets for each other"....

F@Rk Ive heard it all. WE MUST BELT THIS RABBLE. Let them come, talk up themself blah blah blah geezus we have to do this.....

I understand up next is the Shane Crawford tribute for 300 - fair enough its a great achievement by a great player BUT I woulda thought at the very least the retirement of a bona fida all time AFL legend might have just got a tad more time before 11pm.

I know Harvs hasnt left the game yet - but it WAS one of the major footy stories of the week and on a National TV show that supposedly is all about football I cant believe its been entirelt ignored.

Oh, be fair. They spent all of 15 seconds on it when they questioned Dal 20 minutes into the show.

Couldn't even put together something during the discussion of the upcoming match.

This show is seriously tired. I cant believe we dont have anothet network in Australia that realises their are plenty of true footy supporters NOT on Fox screaming out for a genuine football showalternative.

This gratuitious BS that see G Lyon, Fat Ed, Crawf, Brayshaw (still doesnt fit for me) and a second rate comedian is old.

To be fair there has been an absolute shedload of things that have happened and that are happening this week.
Harves isnt gone yet so i would suspect that they would do something more in the coming weeks if they don't do anything tonight.
As it is you have two top players reaching the 300 milestone and the story from the filth so it's not suprising that they would push Harves back. Hell it is the Footy Show...when do they really ever give Saints a good run?
At least they gave Dal the middle seat!!!!

Fat Ed should be in politics. What a crock of sh!t that was. Heard somewhere that he didn't front the media coz he was having lunch with John Howard... the other master of smoke and mirrors.

Supposed to answer the hard questions, yet all he could talk about was the financial health of the club.

Why not come out and just say "we got it wrong"? And our double standards have bitten us on the bum big time."

If the buck stops with him, then he should be serious and resign.

Then there was eggheads "breaking story" FFS. What a fizzer that was. Talk about hyping up a small story. He is the most overrated journo.

The show is now on life support.

The show was a discrace.. Harvey desierved a lot more than that. Remember the tributes they had (the footy show) had for Bucks & Hird...

You would think there were only 2 teams in the AFL.. Hawthorn & Collingwood.

Teffers, what do you expect? A bunch of pretend celebrities basking in a trumped up media glow. Blokes like Lyon, Newman, Brownless, BT etc have a market, but it's one that's prepared to swallow whatever bulls*** they dish out coz it's on telly. Full of blokey bravado and dunny humour that went out with Benny Hill. Fair dinkum, these guys are just shallow, pea brained knobs who think they're important coz channel nine and a few bored theta deprived mass media junkies told them so. One thing that irks me though, after hearing Eddie's performance replayed on SEN on the way to work this morning...

Why the hell, is it impossible for a club president to just tell it straight. No bull$hit. HIs fifteen minutes of deflection and justification of Collingwood's financial planning is just a bunch of phooey.

Seriously. Just say that your players lied about something. The club has taken a position in regards to penalties for the players involved. And that's that.

For once just tell it straight. Its a load of horse apples.
