Purely done for insurance.....even the Club admitted he's unlikely to play.
A game or two in the Scorps Id say just to get some match fitness in case the unthinkable happens and we lose about 6 talls thru injury yet somehow remain in the finals hunt.

He's not much of an insurance policy if he hasn't played at AFL level before the end of the year. Also, not all of our 6 talls are gunbarrel straight-kicking leading forwards...G is more than an insurance policy for this reason. I reckon they should give him a run before the finals...otherwise, we're really relying on Roo and Milney to do the lot for us.
Would be great if the big rig could make it back for a few games & even better if he found form & became a regular but its gunna be a tough assignment , even for "legend" like the G-Train.
i think he has games left in him though his success would be dependent on the rest of the team. Our kicking isnt that flash in recent times in hitting a mark and as soon as the ball hits the floor there is not much chance of him getting it.
im with ya. if hes fit and can do everything id play him. why not? we have nothing to lose now. death or glory. a few weeks and its all over. the kids can wait.
we need more goals. at very least he takes a good defender away from roo.

If not he needs to stand out and grow it back then and only then should he be picked.
agree. mullet was the key to his strength. if he gets the mullet rush him in. he will dominate.
