King two years running?
Trivia time..just what if the Saints won a flag this year (good chance) and King played. I wonder if that would be a first..a player plays in a different club for a premiership in consecutive years?? Thinking caps please!

Although if Casey make the premiership this year, he won't be able to play in both, even though he's ineligible, the VFL grand final is now being played the friday night before the AFL grand final.
In fact, I think I might actually go to that this year, regardless of who is in it. But special interest if it's Casey or Sandy.

I think the four he was refering to were the 2007 AFL, VFL flags and the 2008 NAB and AFL premiershipsOtiman wrote:Although if Casey make the premiership this year, he won't be able to play in both, even though he's ineligible, the VFL grand final is now being played the friday night before the AFL grand final.

It's great that others are starting to think along the lines of a premiership.
Still a long way to go but the last month of football has changed thoughts from a wasted year/ years of misery to follow/ trades and draft picks....
to other teams above us may be starting to sh!t themselves about playing us
Would be great for Kingy but sweeter for Banger

That would surely make the first to play in 4 premierships in 12 months.

so we are a good chance on the back of playing on quarter of champagne footy against the cats...even though we kicked 4.7spert wrote:Trivia time..just what if the Saints won a flag this year (good chance) and King played. jesus...
to be a good chance we need to be in the top four...or better yet top two...or to be a 'good' chance we need to be first
we tick none of those boxes...
