I made a complaint to the guy who made the OP, that they spoiled the result for me, since I was watching it on TV. Looks like pretty swift action was taken in response

. A pity for me though, the damage was done lol.

Yep. Our win over North made us masters of our own destiny. All we need to do is win games to make the eight. We'll need some help if we're going to finish top-4. A home final is a realistic possibility if we can win enough games. If you look at the teams competing with us right now, North and Collingwood are inconsistent, Brisbane is out of form and Adelaide's questionable forward group just took two major hits. Sydney have a tough run home with five of their remaining games against teams in the eight.

Win or lose the Hawthorn game, we've got enough winnable games that we should be able to have a strong finish to the season.

Lose tomorrow and it doesn't matter as we all agree that this will mean we are simply making up the numbers in sept. win and top 4 is open baby

I would put it more that we need to win at least one of the Hawks or Pies matches.

Lose both..and yes if we make the 8 as we still could ...we would probably just be making up the numbers.

7 gams left..5 wins will probably get you in.
6 definately will.
7 gives acrack at the 4....6 if you are really lucky.

We control our destiny, which is the best way to have it.

Tonight's game is most definately winnable.

If we win at least one of the Hawks/Filth games, then we are in the box seat. If we do that, I would go as far as to say that we would not just be making up the numbers.

All the other games over the next two months are MUST win games. We drop a game to Freo, WCE, Ess, Adel or Port and we just dont deserve it.

With the teams above us such as Adelaide and Brisbane with a heavy dose of the staggers, our window is most definately open for a top FIVE finish. Our suck arse percentage may harm us though. We just need to pinch a game off Hawthorn or Collingwood.

The Hawks are beatable.

There is a dead set opportunity here.

I really, REALLY hope the team knows this.
