Gilbert is a potential replacement when Max goes.

I, however, think hes got another year left in him, as does Harves.

Chips has been spoken about as a FB but his creativity, run and dash off half back is great and something we need. Luke Miles in the VFL has been good when fit and perhaps will get a chance in the seniors a little later in the year.

Id love to see us rookie Alex Silvagni from the Scorps, or perhaps even pick him up with a late national draft pick.

I hope so. Not a great white hope, but a solid footballer in an area we are in need of replenishment. Already familiar with some of the players and coaching staff, too.

If we do, it won't be a "Jobs for the boys" thing (being the cousin of our defense coach), he is the best defender in the VFL and is still young.
