Seems everwhere Judd goes there is a stench of corruption hovvering over a football club.
We have the fouls stench of corruption of cheating of crooked Presidents and of completely trashing the system by deliberately losing games to get higher draft picks.
Are we "better" than Carlton. On field, we have been all this century. Off field we have been, as far as integrity and honesty goes for ever.
Carlton are Cheats. Always have been, always will be.
I agree with the above post.
Hope dirty Pratt ends up in the big house.
Of course there is a presumption of innocence to the latest stench hanging over Carlton.
No presumption to the collusion where Amcor and Visy ripped every Australian.
Rotten Carlton mentality.
Cheat and corrupt.
No honour, no integrity, no character.
The dirty, dirty bastards.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)
what he has done (the recent scandal) doesn't involve the club...i know he's our president and it may affect our club, the price fixing bs stuff that he has done doesn't directly have anything to do with the club

WHAT HE'S DONE has nothing to do with the club. read properly next time
Right or wrong some believe the papers bags (packaging and contents) were sourced directly or indirectly from Vissy.

So price fixing equals making more money, more money goes to secure Judd a job at Visy, this doesnt directly have anything to do with the club?, LMAO

so if Carl Williams or Martin Bryant was your president, you'd have no problem with that?
All posters are equal, but some posters are more equal than others.
I thought Gatto left Victoria some time ago and now lives interstate?
I remember the media coverage when his house in Warrandyte/Donscaster/Templestowe? was up for sale.
Mario Condello used to live near me but I never considered 'walking around the block with him'.
It doesn't look like it's a shot (...as in photo shot, not Gatto shot) taken in their front yard... I don't feel obliged to socialize with my neighbours just because they are my neighbours, do you?...
Following the tragic "it's no big deal" carlscum line I see... ffs.
Gatto is the worst of the worst... but hey it's ok, they're neighbours!
Neighbours, Everybody needs good neighbours
With a little understanding
You can find the perfect blend
Neighbours...should be there for one another
That's when good neighbours become good friends
Ooh Neighbours, should be there for one another
That's when good neighbours become good friends.
I only endured two pages of the aboslute tripe in this topic, so forgive me if this point hasn't already been made - somebody stated (I thin it was Fireman) that Carlton may have more premierships than us but at least we have more honest ones...
You can't seriously believe that all 16 of their premierships were due to cheating and lygin tactics, three or four, maybe, but ALL SIXTEEN?!
Come on, I know we are all hurting and I know we all have umpteen million years of frustration pent up inside of us but you can't admit it hasn't gotten to the point where you would litereally chew your own arm off and beat yourself over the head with it for a premiership.
I'd take it any way we got it - even if it was cheating...
Someone also called bigfooty a cesspit - maybe true but hear this - I rarely post here anymore, I conme here to find out things about St.Kilda but usually when I want to make an opinion, these days i make it known on bigfooty, Such is the state of this site at the moment. I can only hope both it and St.Kilda improve.
(By the site, I mean the supporters and quality of the posters there, the site itself is great as ever and of course it isn't every posters, just a select few who ruin it for everyone - they know who they are)

"A ROGUES' gallery of gangsters, thugs, drug dealers and loan sharks is among a secret group of Victorians banned from Crown casino and 67 racetracks.
The Herald Sun can reveal 33 "undesirables" have been slapped with lifetime bans by police Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon.
But in a challenge to her powers, at least two have vowed to fight the bans in the Supreme Court.
Those banned include underworld identity Mick Gatto, alleged Carlton Crew associate Steve Kaya and gangland figure Michael "Eyes" Pastras.
Tony Mokbel and jailed gangland figure Carl Williams are also blacklisted, as are Williams' father George and Mokbel's younger brothers, Milad and Kabalan.
Others include convicted money launderer Fadi Sarkis, high-roller Rob Karam and Leanne Allmark, a pathological gambler who stole $1 million to feed a casino pokies addiction.
Photographs have been circulated to police, casino surveillance officers and racing stewards.
Those banned cannot set foot within the Southbank casino complex, including restaurants, or any Victorian racetrack.
But the Herald Sun cannot reveal the identity of all 33 individuals because of court proceedings.
The group includes notorious bikies, members of powerful Asian crime gangs and loan sharks caught preying on desperate punters.
Eight of the 33 are women.
The oldest on the list is a grandfather in his 80s.
Section 74 of the Casino Control Act (1991) allows Ms Nixon to "prohibit a person from entering or remaining in a casino".
Most of the bans extend to Victoria's 67 thoroughbred, harness and greyhound tracks, including Flemington, Caulfield and Moonee Valley.
Crown has been a favourite haunt of some of Melbourne's most notorious underworld figures.
Slain Carlton Crew figure Mario Condello was one of the first to be banned. He once pulled a 30cm knife on a fellow gambler in the Mahogany Room toilets, demanding he hand over cash.
Condello – shot dead outside his Brighton East home in February 2006 – gambled up to $7.5 million a year in the Mahogany Room.
It emerged last year that Tony Mokbel spent a month living in a luxury Crown Towers hotel suite at the height of Melbourne's bloody gangland war.
Mokbel also caused a stir when he was photographed thumbing through the form guide in the members' enclosure at Flemington on Oaks Day in 2004.
His brothers, Milad and Kabalan Mokbel, have both admitted to drugs charges.
Gatto, acquitted over the 2005 killing of underworld rival Andrew "Benji" Veniamin, also stayed regularly at Crown Towers before being slapped with a ban.
Kaya is an alleged associate of Gatto and was dining with him at Carlton's La Porcella restaurant on the day Veniamin burst through the doors of the pizzeria and was shot dead in a rear hallway.
Pastras, whose nickname "Eyes" comes from the $25,000 diamond-studded glasses given to him by two gangland figures, is the brother of a former associate of slain drug boss Lewis Moran.
Pastras also gave evidence in Gatto's trial and was later shot in the buttocks and leg by an unknown gunman. He has since denied that the shooting was gangland-related.
Karam, formerly ranked as one of Crown's top 200 gamblers, was acquitted last year over serious drugs charges. He is considering contesting the ban in the Supreme Court.
"I maintain my innocence and I'd like to know why I was excluded, because the Chief Commissioner has not given me a reason," Karam said yesterday.
The Herald Sun has chosen not to name a second man fighting the ban.
Allmark was jailed in 2003 for stealing more than $1 million to finance her casino poker machine habit.
Sarkis was jailed for 18 months in 2006 after two shipping containers of tobacco were stolen from the Melbourne docks. A County Court jury found him guilty of money laundering and handling stolen goods.
George Williams, 61, is serving a minimum 20-month jail term for drug trafficking.
Another man was banned after a wild brawl outside Crown's Heat nightclub in August 2004.
The 3am clash, involving Chubb security staff and a group of alleged underworld figures, was captured on security footage.
Those caught breaching the bans face a $2000 fine, a penalty described by one senior Victorian detective as "nothing more than a round of drinks".
The bans do not extend to casinos or racetracks in other states."

Personally I couldn't give a rats arse about their 16 premierships or our 1 or even if we had 20 behind us going back over the last 100 years (and I'm sure they don't care either) it's the next one for all of us that matters. Well it is for me anyway.
Gee some people are complete dickheads....If I was a troll and they created a thread mentioning my name on the front page of the forum, well, I would be loving it.
