Anyone know why 16 didn't play for the Scorps on the weekend?

Exactly, i hope its the reason they are both playing terribly atm, must have a lot on their mind and must be pretty close to their old man. Their father has obviously had a massive influence on their lives and they should have every opportunity to make the most of him still being around them.luckysaint wrote:I agree.Shaggy wrote:His Dad should come first before professional footy. I know the Clarkes' dad is crook, but we are playing professional football here.
If we are not gonna get the best out of them on the field because of the issue, then its best to let them go home in this time, instead of sub par efforts letting the team, supporters and club down.
Put yourself in their shoes, they both left an enviromnent like many AFL footballers in which they were comfortable in, NT, to a city that is footy crazy, facing high scrutiny and far away from their loved ones in a desperate time of need
i wish the family all the best, but at the same time when they BOTH return they better pull their fingers out and start playing to an AFL standard, because before you know it, they could be off an AFL list and heading back to NT for good!!!
My patience on the Clarke brothers is starting to run very short for their onfield performances
