your an optimistic one thinking we can win 2 games.

I really can't see a win in the future unless someone tanks better than we can suck.

Here's my optimistic one

Predicted Ladder # Team Pl W L D PF PA Pt Perc

1 Geelong 22 21 1 0 2442 1888 84 129.3
2 Hawthorn 22 19 3 0 2482 1925 76 128.9
3 W Bulldogs 22 18 3 1 2583 2017 74 128.0
6 Collingwood 22 15 7 0 2444 2080 60 117.5
4 Sydney 22 13 8 1 2174 1901 54 114.3
7 Bris Lions 22 13 9 0 2295 2152 52 106.6
5 Adelaide 22 12 10 0 2194 2026 48 108.2
10 St Kilda 22 12 10 0 2127 2161 48 98.4

9 Nth Melb 22 11 10 1 2134 2238 46 95.3
8 Carlton 22 10 12 0 2126 2259 40 94.1
11 Richmond 22 8 13 1 2183 2303 34 94.7
12 Port Adel 22 5 17 0 2058 2277 20 90.3
14 Fremantle 22 5 17 0 2024 2264 20 89.3
13 Essendon 22 5 17 0 2002 2528 20 79.1
15 West Coast 22 4 18 0 1843 2379 16 77.4
16 Melbourne 22 3 19 0 1870 2583 12 72.3

The Saints make the 8!

We play Adelaide in Adelaide, turn it on, and win.
Not sure how the finals series gets structured then. Don't know who we would play. But I would hope we could beat Sydney or Brisbane too if we played them. We win the second week of finals, and then... depends who we play, and if we come to win!

Now that's something which would make me happy!
(I'm hoping that by sending positive vibes out, imagining good things, it helps them come true. However, I was doing the same thing at 3/4 time this week, and it didn't help us turn it around against the Swans!)

Go you good things - go you Sainters!

Wouldn't we play Sydney in Sydney? De ja vu all over again.

PS The number at the side are the current ladder positions.

PPS If we win 7 more games for the year I'll ... stop bagging Max!

You're probably right about playing Sydney ... I thought it was 7 versus 8, but I reallyhad no idea. Hadn't actually thought that far yet. Still too caught up in the idea of tryign to manipulate the table so that we would be playing finals!

it's 7 versus 6, 5 versus 8

expect Saints to romp into the top with alonside Geeling, Hawthorn and North Melbourne

I hate to predict a North vs Hawthorn GF, but like both teams a lot

North have a real escitement and depth of endeavor in their list.
they bring in some scrawny kid from the two's and he throws his weight around like he's Glenn Archer - always tough to beat

plus a dangerous, and very underrated forward line
