OK, all jokes aside, I dont think I would be quite as bothered about it if there hadn't been so much hype at the start of the season. The last few seasons (correct me if I'm wrong) we have been sitting about where we are now in the middle of the season.
I think of all that bagging of Geelong Football Club for their review, their not sacking the coach (gutless), the Chapman comments and GT's comments that he can smell the premierships coming in the next few years.
Worse still my Geelong mates have stopped bagging me and giving me sympathy.....nothing worse. Next they will be saying "at least you were competitive".
