Riewoldt's Non-Strapped Shoulders

Post: # 579086Post nicko016 »

Noticed today he had no strapping on his shoulders and only on one knee which actually made his joints visible. I stand to be corrected, but I can't remember him being without it post shoudler injuries.

I wonder if this was this some response to the 'soft' label or to all the talk about his strapping?

Similar comments among our seats - from the Mummy to a nudist in one easy week.

I couldn't recall the last time I saw him so unstrapped.

the strapping was very restrictive and his overhead marking suffered from it... I think he just thought all or nothing cleared it with the medico's and went out there without restruction... taping may support the shoulders but from experience the tape also is quite annoying and tends to restrict mobility...

Lost his Elastoplast sponsorship I believe.

The club couldn't afford to keep him fully strapped otherwise.

So him and Bally both now gone for strapping/headwear?

His kicking for goal seemed better during the NAB cup when he had his tendonitis knee strapped up...!
