Yep, 4 quarters and a 10 goal win - or another punishing week on the track.
On that - I'm hoping the boys are woken at 6am everyday this week for a boot-camp type workout each day, at the very least.
Let them bust their weak guts and make them sweat as punishment.
I'm sure the gutsy ones like Bally, Lenny, Harvs and Rooey wouldn't mind it one bit.

We were lucky to win that, and unlucky to lose to the pies, another top 8 side.NoMore wrote:Fair point about the swans
But be honest with urself and don't say a win is a win
We were lucky to win that and i honestly hope that i never see a st kilda side with this much talent play like that again
Luck tends to balance out.

We were easily the better team for more than 50% of the game (but we can agree to disagree without it affecting my argument). Without a number of low percentage goals coming off, they were toast. We lost because bad kicking = bad football, and at the end of the day they nailed low percentage shots and we missed high percentage ones...NoMore wrote:I wouldn't say we were unlucky to lose to the pies because that would insinuate that we were the better team for more than 50% of the game.
We weren't
Sydney were unlucky to lose because they were better than us for 60% of the game at least
At the end of the day, any game decided by less than 10 points could go either way. We've lost one on luck and we've won two on luck (Richmond)... but that's footy.
Our margin reflects this and will kill us if we play even mediocre football from here on in.
No need to take away any more than that.
