Don't kow what game you were watching TSR - but I thought Sam tried a never thought at any stage did he look disinterested. A tough call on one of our better players who often has to play out of his weight & height division.
Sam has been forced to play as a key defender therein lies the problem. When he was no 3 defender he able to provide more run & rebound. No doubt he is also being watched more closely as well now by the opposition players.

Gram can go play forward in the under nines hes no good should be dropped but to take Sam from our already weak backline would spell disaster
