Yeah that's it the players don't wanna play for Roo and are trying to throw games to make his captaincy look poor u got it in 1.Behind Play wrote:I know this is going to stir the pot,but my theory is the players don't want him as captain. Things started going pear shape when he was selected.Otiman wrote:It's okay, he can be selfish on the sidelines for the next 8 weeks.

know for a fact that was the case.SaintBot wrote:Pretty sure Lenny was voted as the players choice. However I would think that would be more "We want Lenny" rather than "We don't want Nick"Behind Play wrote:I know this is going to stir the pot,but my theory is the players don't want him as captain.

What a b-s post - Roo is passionate, courageous, & bleeds R,B&W - if the rest of the team had the same committment, determination & belief we'd be taking on all comers!!
Not everyone is going to get on in a club/team, not everyone is going to like the coach/coaches/committee - GET OVER IT ! 7 GET ON WITH IT!!!

Talking crap. Prob the best kick from that shot. Frase was in the square and probably would have been the better option, but was too far away. Monty and Lenny would had a good crack. If he had kicked the goal though no one would have complained, would they? Just the media beating things up as usual.Behind Play wrote:Could not watch game due to son's 21st last night. Re: ROO - SELFISH
IMO it's less about taking the kick because he was in the best position for it, but because he is notoriously unaware of his injuries. See the brisbane game where he got attacked by Mal Michael and Brad? Scott.Huzzad wrote:Talking crap. Prob the best kick from that shot. And some on here imply we're going badly because the players didn't want him as captain. Of all the bizarre reasons for our form to invent.fingers wrote:Behind Play wrote:I know this is going to stir the pot,but my theory is the players don't want him as captain.
