Why we will smash the Tigers
They're no good and we are better, but we must play Fraser and hope that "the man who should not have even been reported let alone got seven weeks" plays and on Brown, their only class player.
And - attack, attack, attack!
And - attack, attack, attack!

With that analysis we can have the 4 points now. And to think That I thought Richo was a class player.perfectionist wrote:They're no good and we are better, but we must play Fraser and hope that "the man who should not have even been reported let alone got seven weeks" plays and on Brown, their only class player.

NO,NO,NO!
Richo? Who have got to be kidding. He is the reason they have been no good for - how long has he been playing? Reason? HE CAN'T KICK!
We'll smash them - with our current game plan - by at least two goals.

PS None and woeful.
Sadly 1 person doesn't make a team, a few more Richos and they would be laughing it's not the big guy's fault by a long shot.
It really annoys me why Richo gets maligned so much he is a quality player and has so much heart

Have you seen the thread on Trevor Barker. He was a great player. How many games did we win when he played. Hardly any. Tony Lockett anyone.perfectionist wrote:Can you recall how many times the Tigers have beaten the Saints in the last four years with Richo the Champ playing and his massive goal kicking record? Is there 22 players in a side. Yes. Can one player do it on his own. No.
But thanks for your insightful post.

But no cigar. You are wrong, which is why no other club ever wanted him despite being hawked around by his manager for years.
And fancy comparing Trevor Barker or Tony Lockett with Richo! What a crackpot!

If we play like we have in recent weeks the Tigers will make a friggin' meal of us. I'm not so sure about Saturday night. I'm hoping our players yank their fingers out!
When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

We will smash Richmond this week. Even still, we're still in trouble as it's our formline against the top teams that is the problem.
I can cop a loss to Collingwood, but if we drop ANY other game out of Richmond, Melbourne, or Brisbane, then it is season over.
We could also drop the bulldogs game, but we will need to at least show improvement to be considered "okay".
I fully expect a huge turnaround from this week, and we should (if all goes to plan) hit our straps again for the Dogs game.

Barks and Lockett weren't great players - they were standout champions.plugger66 wrote:Have you seen the thread on Trevor Barker. He was a great player. How many games did we win when he played. Barks often played injured, played out of position, played on players way taller than him and stronger than him but it mattered zilch. He played for the jumper not for himself. Rooey does that for us, and so does Max.....it's a time a few more follow suit.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
