Hi
Last year, there was a competition on the Saints website, via the sponsor the Age, for one person to toss the coin. It was in April against the Bombers.
Does anyone know how this gets decided? Who chooses who tosses the coin in Saints games?
Thanks
Mark
How do you get to toss the coin?

Let me tell you a secret... my (late) Dad used to bet on everything.
Literally, even coin tosses.
One day he told me, make sure when a coin is being tossed that you call tails every time.
If the coin spins enough, the weight is not evenly distributed, and Tails will be more likely to come up in a majority of cases.
It actually works, I've tried it quite a few times.
Warning: it's no GUARANTEE on a particular toss, BUT if you toss it say 100 times, more often than not it will be tails.
Just a tip, particularly for those who are still playing and ever get a chance to call the toss.
Edit: it's very important that the Queen's head is facing up; this doesn't work as well if it is not. He used to encourage people to put the Queen's head up by saying things like "Oh the Queen can't be facing the ground" and so on... all to win a bet!
