Why we must leave the dome

Post: # 555237Post LENNY LEADS THE WAY »

We play at the dome under the roof and not a breath of wind and we struggle with our disposal. This is multiplied by 100 when we play out in the open and when the wind becomes a factor.

Watching the 1st qtr we was nowhere near hitting targets i believe the comforts of the dome is part of the reasoning but hey maybe i'm wrong.

I say move to the G become use to outside normal conditions and just play at the dome as a luxory against other sides who use it as there home grounds.

I love the dome but i believe it's hurting us and yes i no we train outside but i think the dome creates bad habbits.

We really did not have a clue how to play wet weather style football in that first quarter, that was definitely evident to me. It was like watching 6 years old kicking for one of the first times.

The ball was damp - both sides were dropping it & slipping left right and centre in that first quarter.

Sorry, but if we'd played every game at the MCG this year, how many would have been in the wet?

None.

How many would've had wind swirling?
