That says more about Port Adelaide than us though. Gram has played one good game this year & that was the NAB Cup Grand Final, everything else has been sub par.Lenny_Hayes7 wrote:You people are a joke we win and he is god we lose and F*** all the players off fkn hell!!! Granted we played like S*** Still only lost by 3-4 goals

Its not the end result, its the method.
No body cares that we lost by 3 goals, as much as they care about the game that we played.
We could have played Casey's 2nd team, and probably would have lost.

Fair Dinkum..
we are better off cutting our loses and trade the farker with a full wardrobe of skirts and dresses...
How the F*** we let go of Guerra and in the same year picked up this skirt of a player that does not know how to tackle or to "man up", let alone to be able to show some aggression at the ball is beyond me......
He has NO respect of his team's back half and no respect of his opponent IMO
F*** this joker off, he is an embarrisment IMO
Why the F*** did we get rid of Guerra (who had some heart and shows guts) to this so called player that does not even know any meaning of the word defence or being accountable??

Don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel to appear, run down there and light the bloody thing yourself!
Absolutely spot on. Like I said earlier tonight - I'd walk out feeling content knowing that our boys did everything in their power to win us that game. The fact remains, the "efforts" we saw tonight were so below acceptable that they were almost laughable at times. How so many of our players don't man up, know how to execute kicking & handballing skills properly, don't chase, don't tackle properly....words can't describe the utter frustration of watching St.Kilda play football like that. An effort is all we ask & expect!Saintschampions08 wrote:It's not a tough concept to understand.savatage wrote:That says more about Port Adelaide than us though. Gram and Guerra were both recruited in 2003, Guerra delisted in 2005.St Fidelius wrote:How the F*** we let go of Guerra and in the same year picked up this skirt of a player that does not know how to tackle or to "man up", let alone to be able to show some aggression at the ball is beyond me......
Guerra was delisted for a lack of heart. Nothing was more frustrating in 2004-5 than seeing Guerra just collapse over the ball holding his head time after time in hope of a soft free kick. Why the F*** did we get rid of Guerra (who had some heart and shows guts) to this so called player that does not even know any meaning of the word defence or being accountable??
The occasional heavy bump to an unsuspecting opponent does not make him a couragous player. He sure did show his gut though.

And gosh, he is playing some good football!mad saint guy wrote:Gram and Guerra were both recruited in 2003, Guerra delisted in 2005.St Fidelius wrote:How the F*** we let go of Guerra and in the same year picked up this skirt of a player that does not know how to tackle or to "man up", let alone to be able to show some aggression at the ball is beyond me......

I was a massive critic of Grams and his soft approach at anything resembling a contest for years.. However, over time i was won over by his attacking ability, his breaking of the lines, run and bounce and long dangerous disposal...
All these weapons all now seem to be gone, and he is back playing the soft footy that made me want him cut 3 years ago.. It isnt looking good for Gram, and the worst part is he isnt doing the necassary things when one is out of form.. He isnt tackling, pressuring, harrassing etc... Just shanking every second (cheap) kick...
For his sake he is lucky he signed his contract when he did.. His value has dropped dramatically in the past month..

Spot on.The_Dud wrote:i'm really not too worried about the way that he's paying, just his disposal of the ball, its horrendous at times!Saint Bev wrote:Short memory folks, he had a coulple of good games but mostly he was very ordinary for us.
He had enough possessions, ran enough...but he didn't hurt the opposition.
If he had a good kick, he could have been one of the best.
But every time he got rid off the ball, it was like watching an U9 kid kick the thing.
