I would be surprised if baker came straight back in
has not played any footy for 7 weeks, going in against a potential top 4 side in port with the burgoynes, cornes etc all running into form
and without wanting to be shot down
throughout nab cup I thought baker looked short of a run, made many mistakes and looked slow
so how he could without playing a game step straight into the team
we are going to need fit strong bodies to match port
I would be hoping geary and maybe raph

Geez thats a real shame if he was born with his knee ligaments in his shoulder... real shame. I'm suprised it's taken him this long for them to give way with mechanics like that!i_luv_nick_riewoldt wrote:i heard that sammy did an acl in his shoulder. Not as severe as you would expect in the knee but i didnt know about the actual operation. Horrible news if true!

Agree that he oozes footy smarts, but lacks some pace and endurance for senior footy at present. I'd like to see him played for our interstate games or other games where Gehrig doesnt play.Teflon wrote:would like to see Allen given some consecutive time in the 1's aka Geary/Raph some time this year...very smart fwd option I reckon this guy could be and this isnt on the back of 1 good game - i was impressed watching him last pre season against nth.
Can't see room for all of - Gehrig, Riewoldt, Koschitzke, Allen, C. Gardiner in the side. Would have to take 2 out of that list and on current form, Allen and Gehrig are the first to go.

after the last few years of hamill being listed as "two weeks" everytime a player is treading water injury wise brings out the "two weeks" joke.
plugger66, do you get off being a sarcastic little prick, jeez you can be cruel!
