just got off the phone apparently I had two account for some reason they have now been merged into one all taken care of.



Must say the phone call is a nice touch even thou it is automated and I am sure some people will renew based on that.

If I knew the phone call was coming... I would leave it on the answering machine, and it would never be removed. And every morning, when I got up... I'd say... "Hold on, I think that's Nathan on the phone". And I'd go listen to the message. How cool!

Thats fantastic that they are actively seeking old members to renew...(even though this was an administration mistake.

How awesome!!!

And whats better is that Burkey may call 5 maybe 10 people over a week. One of them is actively on Saintsational and the word gets around that they are doing some great work.

if it was actually a personal phone call they'd prob find people would be so chuffed to receive it that they would agree to sign a contract that ties them in for automated membership deductions from their bank accounts for the next 5 years.

Give burkey/stewie/thommo a day, they could probably sign around 500 members individually, that's quite a good amount of members for a days work.

mate id be well pleased if lowie rang me and offered me to join up for 5 years at a small discount rate and it could be taken straight outta the bank.
maybe offer free media shirts or something if you join up for a certain length of time.
either way ill join every year.....as we all do.

Yeah, I got one of those little postcard type things asking me to renew even though I already have, have called up and cleared it up, it had to do with an error in registration due to detail changes...
