Pre New Contract Form

Someone mentioned ....It's the post contract signing blues.

More to the point is when contract negotiations are getting close

There always seems a run of really good form .

When the deal is done then sets in the post contract signing blues or a drop off in form.

Anyone notice this .....

I think Kosi was one and now Gram

Gram signed the week after the NAB cup grand final.

I believe that contracts are pushed by managers after their players string a few good games together, rather than players actively playing well, signing a contract, and then dropping off.
