But could anyone tell me if there was an official season highlights DVD released for 2005?

I have the 2004 and 1997 ones (not 91 or 92 though; I assume these are the only others?).

I dont think there is a 2005 season highlights dvd, like you i also have the 97 and 2004 season highlights ones plus the 91 one.

I have never seen the 05 dvd in catalouges or in stores so i dont think there is one but then again i can (most of the time) can be wrong.

91 and 92 are on video, I would doubt there's much call for them too come out on dvd

the 1992 one is funny because on the cover is winmar's great mark vs Essendon but in the highlights from that game the marks not there

I love it on the 91 season highlights video after every game ken sheldon does a rap up of the evnts and he has the biggest pauses in between sentances/words, they were so big i thought someone had paused the thing

You're dead right St.Edward - Kenny puts in a fabulous performance in that video!! Some of his favourite phrases included "the finals dream" and "the bond" if i recall correctly. I think the club should hire him in an-end-of-season-review-highlight-dvd-guy capacity permanently!!!

The DVD is titled "2007 Season Highlights + More MEMBER ONLY"


Yes it was great to receive something free and it was good viewing but, really.....

the + MORE part covered more than 50% IMO...

So I gather the 2007 "Highlights" were very minimal so to speak...

It's a pity they didn't provide the B&F count in the package or some more highlights of the 2007 season....

I have already got many of the "+ More" in any case ...

A good incentive to purchase your membership early but the DVD needs some work IMO...

Yes the bond thats right also when they lose the elimination final to geelong he describes it as being hollow and the end. My mum was gasping for air she was laughing so hard at his face when he paused
