Flying the Flag!
After reviewing the scuffle at 3QT via DVD slow motion replays, some honorable mentions needs to be delivered.
Well done to Montagna for showing some spirit at the 3QT break. Especially for taking on those two maggots in Davey and Lovett, that thought it was fair to attack two on one.
Also, Great stuff from Sam Fisher who responded immediately, whom was initially restricted from evening up the score by Winderlich. He shrugged that piss weak maggot off and then entered the scuffle by decking Davey to the ground.
f*** those Essendon scum! Good work boys!

Not sure what happened before hand but Joey ran up and made sure he hit the back of Lovett so cannot see how it was Davey or Lovett fault but then again saw it with 2 eyes and didnt see why Joey did it.Spinner wrote:After reviewing the scuffle at 3QT via DVD slow motion replays, some honorable mentions needs to be delivered.

LOL, Yep, the footage definitely doesn't show who started who. The last bit of play shows Montagna bloking the run of Davey with Lovett a good 10 meters away.plugger66 wrote:Not sure what happened before hand but Joey ran up and made sure he hit the back of Lovett so cannot see how it was Davey or Lovett fault but then again saw it with 2 eyes and didnt see why Joey did it.Spinner wrote:After reviewing the scuffle at 3QT via DVD slow motion replays, some honorable mentions needs to be delivered.

Not laying the blame on who started it. Have no idea. But the footgae does cut to Davey and Lovett both taking on Montagna. Fault or no fault, teammates need to be defended. Especially when against the odds.

By the way who cares $1200 each at worst for Joey and lovett.Spinner wrote:After reviewing the scuffle at 3QT via DVD slow motion replays, some honorable mentions needs to be delivered.

seeing it im impressed that joey started something...apparant soft boys nds and roo were right in the middle...the usual aggressor kosi wasn't...
good signs imo...i dont care who we push, shove and grapple with as long as we do it as a unit more often over anything we dislike...and even at times when we just feel like it

What was said?Lennon wrote:St Nick.my les foote wrote:Who gave the sledge which I won't repeat here but you can read about in The Age?
Our captain seemed to be very close to the umpire's microphone.
nm, got it...The Age website...."Lovett leave sledge alone"
For those who cbf looking it up, a St Kilda players (unidentified) was heard via umpire mic saying "You bash your f****** missus."
It's discussed here as well:Spinner wrote:What was said?Lennon wrote:St Nick.my les foote wrote:Who gave the sledge which I won't repeat here but you can read about in The Age?
