While we're talking about gafs, I'm still not over the time they played the Swans club song when we ran out on the ground at Kardinia Park in 2003.

Last week on the ABC 774 station the commentators kept referring to Jason Blake as Joe Blake, and in the footy record he was called Jason Ball.
