Anyone in UK/Europe received their membership pack yet?

Ordered mine in November and still no sign of it.

I've emailed the club a couple of times, but haven't heard anything back since "the membership packages will be arriving in the next two weeks as they have started to be sent out" on Feb 18th...

Any ideas?!
