Lack of response

Post: # 543983Post Mooksy »

I emailed the club a simple membership request last Wednesday about whether the memebership I purchased at round 2 game means I can now consider the card I received in the mail a couple of months ago is now activated. Still no response even after I followed them up again today. I cannot ring at work as I am constantly on the phone talking to customers.

1. Does anyone know the answer to my query?
2. This is simply not good enough from the club.

If you have a card, you're in! It's all about a bar code.

Although, your post is a little confusing.

Many members who had not renewed post Xmas were sent Memberships Cards with barcodes...ie proper membership cards.

However the barcode will not work unless the particular card has been activated.

Hence the OP.

PS One of my daughters now has two cards......one is activated and one not.
