Do we have a system to get the ball into our forward line?

Contrast that to the NAB Cup with two big forwards supported by the mobile C Gardiner who effectively ran as an extra mid for much of the game from HF to HB.
Contrast that to the NAB Cup where G and Kosi pretty much didn't play in the same team. Don't reckon they can play in the same forward line. Too much the same.
Yes that was my point.

If all 3 players were at the top of their game I think you could do it.

But GTrain is on the decline....and Kois is way below his best....so the 3 do not work well for 4 quarters.

Also two are slow and cumbersome.

3 players of Roo's mobility could work well...

But 2 slows and 1 mobile is too cumbersome.

The midfield is the bigger problem yes.

While a lesser problem the forward line is not currently functioning well either.

But the biggest problem is the players workrate.

At one stage we got the ball into the forward line 5 times with no return..blaming delivery is one thing, but our forwards got beaten in a lot of one-on-one contests.

Well we have coaches for just the midfield and the foward line so why dont we fix both?

fix the mid field, and the forward line looks after itself

I hope so, my only concern would be midfielders pushing in to far and filling up space in the foward line. Really we only need them till the 50 at the most.
