Yep, apart from Hayes and Harves and Ball's try hard efforts (as he really is a shadow of the player he once was), the rest were as soft as butter tonight. Dal Santo, Montagna, the Clarkes, Fiora and Blake were very poor. Can't be serious challengers with so many pretenders. The Doggies smashed us in the middle in a big way since quarter time.

Because Ross Lyon think Blake is a player capable of shutting down an opponant.Life Long Saint wrote:Can someone please explain to me why Blake was in almost every centre contest during the 1st half?
Mmmhmm. But you have to play on an opponant to shut them down, don't you?
Blake should never be allowed in the centre square. He shut down Cousins for about 30 minutes last year and people think he can tag because of that...even though Cousins ended up demolishing us in the final half...and Blake played two metres off him, inexplicably.
Spot on.Also, who was accountable for Hill? We didn't seem to respect our opponents tonight.
A lot of players looked like they didn't give a s*** after quarter time. I think you can't have that attitude at this level.
Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.
