new tactics- Ruck marks ?

what's with the new tactic of players particularly Rucks- immediately throwing down the ball when they mark it.
It happened late last year as well but is especially obvious with Sydney that I saw.

where does it leave the umpire decision- and this did appear to confuse them on Saturday- if the mark is immediately disposed of by dropping to ground or to the feet of crumbers.
It's almost a two handed palm down- replacing the tap to midfield.

and the other tactic that gets me is the ' fast' hand ball when both hands go forward!!!! If they are attempting a hand ball both arms will not be in the same position, one will be forward to the other.

a couple of times Harves has been pinged for ' fast hands' when photgraphic evidence shows he makes a legitimate attempt- you wont find both hands/arms moving forward ( ala throw) but there were several on saturday that were obvious throws.

I have noticed quite a few throws this round that have gone unnoticed.
Aswell as players stepping out of the box during the kick out...
And the one rule that never gets paid - kicking in danger...
