Result vs Ladder Position

With a 51-49 result we got a percentage of 104.08, and probably 8th spot on the ladder.

Had we scored only 3 more goals our score would have been 69-49 and our percentage would have been 140.82, and we would have been on top of the ladder this morning!

Or if we hadn't let them score the last two goals of the match we would have had a percentage of about 150%

ah isn't it only round one?

Plenty of time to build up percentage. Anyway I would hope we wouldn't need to rely on percentage anyway

22 wins would have us sitting nicely on top of the ladder come september

Just to demonstrate how fickle %s are after one game, in fact only 137.84% if we had stopped them getting the last two goals.
