anyone heard - Training times?

I know it's only thrusday but I'm trying to work out my touring route for the Holidays and would love to include a trip to training,

has anyone any inkling or which day it may be? iE wanting early warning if it's 10 am Monday :)

They were going to have one open session per week in season, according to Ross Lyon.

No idea when that would be, likley during the week, though.
